Introduction

Hi, my name is Mariah Tesalona and this blog is about traveling around the world. Ever since I was little, I have been fortunate enough to visit many places around the globe. I began traveling as early as a few months old, and have continued that interest until now. I am always willing to go on adventures and explore new areas. A few of the places I have traveled to are: Australia, Hawaii, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Mexico, and New York, and the Philippines. This past summer, I also went on a Caribbean Princess cruise that sailed to the Dominican Republic, San Juan and Turks and Caicos.

Traveling has helped me create lifelong memories and has also brought me so much joy and happiness. It also gives me a sense of peace. When I visit these different places, I am usually accompanied with family and/or close family friends. With them, I find more comfort and feel like the adventure is 10 times more fun. 

One of the most memorable trips I have gone on was to the Philippines and Indonesia, in 2019. I was with my family, as well as some extended family. Our main trip was to the Philippines, with a side trip to Bali, Indonesia, where we spent New Years. There I got to experience Indonesian culture. Traveling allows me to appreciate the differences in cultures, and it also puts things in perspective.

But nevertheless, whether you are traveling alone or with others, this blog is for you. Throughout this blog, you may find: a useful packing list, different places around the world to travel to, attractions and must do's at those locations, and what to do to keep yourself entertained during long travel days. 

As an avid traveler, I want to be able to provide you with some helpful tips and information to help make your travel adventures that much better, through a combination of personal experiences, as well as some research. As you browse around my blog, I hope to inspire you to go out and experience some of these adventures because the sky's the limit!
